Is there a job description available somewhere? People interested in applying would likely need more information than just the skillset required. A good starting point would be to introduce the company briefly, and then talk a bit about the project that you are hiring for.
Other things that would be important to a potential applicant would be the location of the posting and the benefits/incentives your company would be providing.
