Is there a sync planned for the near future?
Which ROS Distribution are you referring to ?
We will likely not have a new sync on Kinetic or Lunar in the next couple of weeks as some regressions in the core will require new releases, a full rebuild and some testing time.
I think Indigo had no regressions and may be synced soon but I’ll let @tfoote comment on this as he is the Indigo ROS Boss.
Indigo is likely close to another sync. There’s a rebuild going on right now that I expect to be able to check the status of it after that is complete, probably tonight or tomorrow.
Note that we moved this to the Packaging and Release Management category which is where we coordinate releases with maintainers.
Kinetic is what i’m most interested in at the moment. Thanks!
