Hi,
I just followed instructions to download and compile the demo source code today.
The downloading and compiling were smooth and successful.
However, when I ran the first rmf_demo on office map, there were no robots spawn on Rviz and Gazebo was also not working .

Hi @githubxone , this happens if your fleet manager is not available to provide robot statuses to the fleet adapter. Can you check and ensure that the fleet manager node is running, e.g. are the node logs available in the terminal, does it come up on ros2 node list
. If for some reason the fleet manager crashed during launch, it’ll be helpful to provide the logs.
Edit: Since this is a setup problem, I’ll convert this issue into a discussion.
