Thank you for “find a new vendor”.
This company has treated me very opaquely. A month after the promised date, I asked for an ETA they could not guess.
I asked for a refund. I was told they would “try to cancel it”.
Their computer claimed I would hear within 24 hours. Two business days later I asked for status and was told asking for status moves me to the bottom of the refund request queue.
A week later and still no confirmation of a cancelled order, so I filed a dispute with Visa and have my refund.
I will continue to wear my Galactic and Jazzy T-Shirts proudly, even though no one in my area of South Florida knows what ROS is to recognize my shirt and ask about my robots. (KiltedDave and JazzyTurtleBot5-WaLI)
