Hokuyo_node not released for Kinetic

Hi folks,

Is there any reason as to why hokuyo_node hasn’t been released to Kinetic yet?
Are you looking for a hand to do the releases? I can volunteer if need be. (Only need permission to push on github)

According to the wiki page, hokuyo_node is deprecated and recommends using urg_node.
