This is the solution I use, and which the ROS 2 TSC also uses. If you want a completely fair balance you need to have three time slots spread about eight hours apart that you rotate through. How far to go needs to be decided based on your participants but don’t forget to consider potential participants, i.e. people who might participate in the future but definitely will not if only bad meeting times are available.
