New Packages for Kinetic Kame 2021-04-06

We’re happy to announce 4 new packages and 60 updated packages for Kinetic. This is the penultimate sync planned for Kinetic. We plan to do one final sync in two weeks before Kinetic reaches it’s end of life. If you have anything that should be considered for this please follow up in the Kinetic release channel Kinetic - ROS Discourse I will start a thread there shortly preparing for the final sync.
