Preparing for Rolling sync 2022-09-29

It’s time to get ready for a Rolling sync. There are a few regressions on both Ubuntu and RHEL which have been ticketed. But we’ll plan to sync on Thursday with the current state.

Releases for rolling will be held now unless they resolve one of the outstanding package regressions or another reported issue.

I have just merged two releases which address regressions in Rolling:
