The metrics report comes out every year in Q3. We use July, our slowest month, as the month we use for the statistical analysis. We should have something out in the next month or so.
In terms of another user survey we have no plans to complete one in the near future. What we try to do is lump multiple survey requests into a single, well executed community survey. If this is something that you interested in please DM me.
