8th ROS-Industrial Conference 2020

The 8th ROS-Industrial Conference will take place from Tuesday December 15 to Wednesday December 16 2020 in Stuttgart, Germany. So save the date!

Registrations will open end of October.

We are currently working hard to enable a hybrid event which will allow physical as well as virtual attendance.

Video Contest
The conference will also feature a video contest for ROS-based industrial applications. So if you have a nice application in mind start thinking about filming it. Submission of videos closes on November 30. Winners of the contest will be elected by the ROS-Industrial community and announced during the conference and win a cool price. Details and submission on our website.

Technical presentations
If you are interested in giving a presentation, submit your presentation idea until October 10. Industry oriented topics are welcome (more detailed list on our website).

Friendly Reminder:

The event will be accompanied by a video contest for ROS-based industrial applications. Submit your video showing a cool robot application with an industrial use case until November 30, 2020. A list of all submitted videos will be made public in the beginning of December and be open for voting. The winner of the contest will be announced during the conference and will win a cool price.

Your video should have the following characteristics:

  • Show a ros-based software solving an industrial problem and possibly using cloud technology in the process :factory:
  • Have a length between 1 - 10 min :upside_down_face: :sleeping:
  • The video should show an application that you or your company developed :selfie:
  • The video has to be publicly available on YouTube or Vimeo :movie_camera:
