Also, Geoff has kindly set up the meeting invitation group for ODD WG. Those who wish to receive invitation to future ODD WG meetings can register their e-mail addresses to ODD WG meeting invite group. The information you register here is only used for meeting invitations, but not for discussions nor any other purposes.

I wonder if today’s meeting has been canceled? I cannot join the Zoom meeting.

No. I tried to Zoom several times, but it didn’t work. It kept saying that it’s waiting for the host.
@seonman.kim I’m sorry that this happened. It looks like there was a meeting so this was an oversight on the part of the WG chairs. As of the next meeting, we will switch to using a password which will be publicly available instead of a “Waiting Room” for the Zoom meeting.
@seonman.kim Apology from myself, too. Though I was checking the “waiting list” during the meeting, I was not able to recognize you there. As a more fundamental solution, Geoff has kindly altered my Zoom account never to use the waiting room, as Josh explained, and it will not happen again in the future ODD WG meetings. Sorry again for your trouble and hope to see you in the future meetings.
