Perhaps it might be worth consolidating or simply culling old sources that prior to the index.ros.org sought to document feature parity progress in order to reduce noise and/or stale documentation.

I was going to share the `Changes between ROS 1 and ROS 2` design doc to a few c… olleagues, as it's very condensed overview and conveniently links out to more detailed documentation as needed.

However, after re-reading it recently, it seems like there are a number of outdated entries, many of which are marked with ⏳, such as:
* Actions
* roslaunch
* Topic namespaces (?)
* remapping
This would be a low hanging fruit ticket if anyone else has the time to write an informed update.
