Discussion on ROS to ROS2 transition plan

Tell me how beginner friendly that is. In ROS1 you have TCP handling everything for you, but in ROS2 you need to do it all by yourself, tuning the parameters to achieve good results.

Want to send messages bigger than 64K? Not so easy, need special settings for that depending on your network and the expected bandwidth of your topic.
