I wanted to flag the recently announced project for moving GPS support forward in ROS 2.
I think that this is something that would be really good to make sure that it works the same for both aerial vehicles as well as ground vehicles. And I’d encourage people here to join that discussion. There’s a lot of experience with GPS based navigation in this group.
