As a company we’ve successfully developed our UVC disinfection robot and brought it to market. At the moment we are going towards mass production of our robot, and we are currently scaling our team to further develop the product’s features and ensure its safety and stability in the future.
About the job:
As our Robotics Software Engineer, you will be responsible for further developing and maintaining the navigation and disinfection functionality of our robot. You will work on a variety of topics such as surface detection and smart route planning/optimalization. You will have a lot of room to make your mark on the product and will have the responsibility for the navigation and disinfection functionality of the robot. In this role you will work together with the rest of the software team (Front-end, Back-end) and our Hardware team.
Must Haves:
Experience shipping real-world robotics systems at scale (min 3 years)
Experience working with ROS
Experience working with AGV Navigation (route planninng, self-localisation, mapping)
Proficiency in Python and C++
Experience working with Linux
Willingness to physically work in our office in Delft
Experience working with Sensor Fusion
Passionate about robotics, always-curious-mindset
Strong ability to reduce complex technical issues to it's fundamental problem(s), communicate your findings clearly and come up with possible solutions
