Aligned with 📝 New Issue Template Added for ROS 2 Documentation, we also improved the issue template for ros2 organization 
New templates for issue report, feature request and useful websites are now online for all repositories under ros2 organization.
The new templates provide a structured format for reporting issues and feature requests making it easier for contributors to provide relevant details and for maintainers to address them efficiently.
Feedback is always welcome! Please let us know if you find the problems for new templates.
