Another Rolling sync is due. We’ll be holding new Rolling releases in order to settle the build farm for a sync that is planned for Thursday 2024-07-11. If we stabilize before then, we may sync earlier.
There’s an outstanding regression blocking desktop in ros_gz and upon investigation it looks like it’s a bloom bug which I am investigating.
I’ve also been made aware of an issue in rmw_cyclonedds for which a fix is pending. Depending on the timing between resolving the bloom issue with ros_gz and the release of the rmw_cyclonedds fix this sync will likely be delayed to take both.
