To be able to evaluate it we would likely want to see a working deployment that then could be reviewed as a pull request. And after validating the technical implementation we would then need to have an understanding of what the computational resource requirements are as well as have a clear understanding of stewardship/maintainership responsibilities required over time for releases to provide that as a service and be able to do a cost benefit analysis.
