Ament cmake replacement for catkin's em_expand()

Hello,

I’m not quite sure where to place questions about ament_cmake.

I started porting mavros to ROS2, it’s just a beginning but i need some way to generate few files in libmavconn.

In ROS1 i use em_expand() macro to process empy templates. Is there something similar for ROS2?
I can rewrite that files to other language, but need to know what i could use with ament.
