[Issue Alert] If your TurtleBot3 does not move at all

Hi Community,

I’ve received a report from one of TurtleBot3 resellers that some early 2021 TurtleBot3 Burger / Waffle Pi packages come with incorrect DYNAMIXEL settings.
You can check whether your package is affected by this or not with the steps below.

  1. Complete the OpenCR Setup from TurtleBot3 Quick Start Guide.
  2. Run the OpenCR Test followed by the OpenCR Setup section.
  3. Either pressing SW1 or SW2, DYNAMIXEL should rotate for a few seconds.
  4. If your DYNAMIXEL does not rotate, please follow the instruction Setup DYNAMIXEL for TurtleBot3 from FAQ.
