Let me know when you settle on a date. I can also post recordings to the Open Robotics Vimeo if you decide you want to record the meetings.
Thanks Kat.
I have set up a new poll as we were unable to find an appropriate date for a majority. This poll targets the week of 3/14. Please respond with favorable options. These dates have more runway, so I’m confident we will have better luck!

Hi Matt,
Any news on the date ?
Thanks,
Ludovic
Looks like per the poll that Friday March 18 is the day.
I’ll add the virtual meeting info here later today!
Thanks!
Matt R.
Thanks for expressing interest in the Hardware Interfaces Working Group. We are excited to host a kick-off meeting on Friday March 18. The meeting info is below. We will want to discuss scope, what would be likely outcomes, and how we want to manage the working group.
I understand there may be some that this time does not work, but we will be sure to revisit the charter elements (scope, outcomes) at the next meeting as well, to ensure we get all the feedback we can.
Thanks!
Matt R.

@mrobinson You may want to make a new post announcing the first meeting. This thread has been going for a few months and many may have tuned it out.
Ok. Sounds good. Also I believe WG related posts should be in “General” not Next Gen, right?
I have no qualms with posting to general.
@mrobinson and @Katherine_Scott, can we get this meeting into the ROS Calendar?
