i am looking for someone with experience in outdoor agriculture field navigation and path planning
i am planning to build a rover that can roam around open agriculture land. need someone who can guide me building the entire system.
basically i want it to use visual slam without RTK GPS
this is not a commercial product as of now so cant pay much and looking for person who can help me out with some minimal consultancy charges.
i have Development and electronics knowledge just need someone with experience in ROS.
Interested in hearing more. Have some professional and personal experience in outdoor robotics (lawnmowers, on both counts) in ROS and ROS2. What sort of time commitment are you looking for?

I am planning to do my startup for open field agriculture automation
For this I need to make a free roaming rover that can run in muddy fields in predefined path and do it’s tasks
For this initial phase I am looking for someone who can guide me what motor and what wheel to use and do the positioning and navigation stack.
I am mainly looking to do this without gps. But if that’s not possible I can move to rtk gps.
Too early to talk about navigation here I guess, particularly when it is outdoor (GPS is available).
Not sure about your financial status, but you should aim for a prototype that can demonstrate the idea (and how novel it is) on a specific scale.
What is the muddy field that you want to work on? How does your autonomous rover stand out (from current status)? How does it work (the process of the task)? etc. Answering these questions will tell you which techniques you need.
