Preparing for Humble sync 2024-03-25

There have been several new and updated packages in Humble since its last sync a couple of weeks ago and it’s time to sync those new features and fixes to the main apt and dnf repositories.

There are currently no regressions and 89 packages to release.

We will start holding rosdistro PRs for the sync today (2024-03-22T07:00:00Z) and will plan to do the sync on Wednesday, 2024-03-25T07:00:00Z.

Any ideas why ros-humble-geographic-info was supposed to release as 1.0.6, but is only showing as 1.0.5 in apt even after an update and upgrade?

There hasn’t been a sync since it was updated, so version 1.0.6 is not generally available yet. You can wait for the next sync, build it from source in your workspace, or enable the ros2-testing repository to get it from there.

Ah, I see, the 89 packages to release has changed since originally posted. Looks like it will be in the next one.
