This revision updates the current milestone (Milestone 12) and subsequent ones with our latest development plans, which include offering support for ROS 2 foxy in Milestone 13 and finalizing the commits so that the branches are no longer rebaseable in Milestone 12. We expect to complete both Milestones 12 and 13 in the next couple of weeks.
