I am proposing the creation of a local ROS user group in the United Kingdom. Given the increasing prevalence of robotics courses in universities across the country, I believe that establishing a ROS user group can serve as an invaluable platform to bring together the vibrant and growing robotics community in the UK.

This community welcomes individuals based in the UK, striving to extend the reach of ROS and related robotics technologies globally. Our primary objective is to foster a lively open-source community of roboticists within the UK while making these technologies accessible to a broader international audience.
