Position: Robotics Engineer: Motion Planning and Navigation

Your future responsibilities will be:

  • Design and implement vehicle control algorithms
  • Improve our motion planning and navigation algorithms, based on customer feedback
  • Follow research in motion planning and control, apply latest results to improve our product
  • Contribute and upstream our developments to ROS
  • Test and support commisioning the robots at our customers
  • Opportunity to expand into simulation, perception and more further on

This is your background:

  • Solid mathematical foundation for planning algorithms
  • Experience with motion planning and control systems
  • Hands-on experience with ROS / ROS2
  • Strong Python and/or C/C++ skills
  • Personal initiative, structured way of working and creativity
  • Strong communication skills, willingness to take responsibility and focus on results
  • You are a goodteam player and convince with your friendly and empathetic manner
  • Education: Completed studies in the field of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics
