Hi Everyone,

I wanted to remind that community of a couple of things regarding ROSCon 2023:

  • ROSCon talk proposals are due 2023-07-09T07:00:00Z. Start writing your talks now! Do not wait until the last minute.

  • ROSCon Diversity Scholarship applications are due 2023-06-11T07:00:00Z. If you would like to attend ROSCon 2023 but are unable to do so because of the costs, our diversity scholarships may be an option. The scholarship includes ROSCon registration, three nights of hotel accommodation, and a travel stipend. The application for our diversity scholarship should only take about an hour complete.

    • If you have an intern, student, or mentee that you think would benefit from attending ROSCon please consider encouraging them to apply to our diversity scholarship program.

  • The ROSCon Sponsorship prospectus is now available! NEW THIS YEAR: ROSCon Startup Alley! We’ve created a ROSCon sponsorship level just for emerging start-up companies. This reduced cost booth space is only available for emerging ROS companies with fewer than twenty employees and features discounted booth space. The number of Startup Alley booths are limited so don’t delay.
