Can you please try three things:

Make sure there is only one instance of MotoROS installed on your controller. Boot into Maintenance mode. Touch [MotoPlus Apl] > [File List]. Make sure there is only one .out file loaded.

Please take a picture of the VGA monitor connected to the robot. I would like to see the startup initialization messages.
