The bloom documentation at bloom/Tutorials/FirstTimeRelease - ROS Wiki describes registration with rosdistro, but doesn’t describe how to enable builds for pull requests; is there some documentation on how to do that?

If I recall correctly bloom will interactively ask you if you want to enable the option.
