[Nav2] IROS 2020 Nav2 Introduction Paper Live!

Hi all,

IROS 2020 is upon us and I wanted to let everyone know about the free online video format for this year. No more $1,000+ registration and hotel fees! I encourage everyone to make good use of this year’s online format to learn something new and check out the good work happening in the wider academic circles.
