Netio-ROS interface

Dear all,
in our collaboration between SK-Godelius and Netio, we wrote a package to interface Netio devices from ROS. We decided to make it public, so if you want or need to use it, you can get it here:

It was meant for ros melodic, but the idea is to make it also available for noetic, and in the future, to ros2 too.
Netio devices are designed to switch appliances and monitor voltages, current, phase, power, etc. There are models with analog inputs too.
Feel free to try it out, and please report any bugs you find.
