Hi @audrow, the tag for this release is missing (already reported in humble/2024-10-17 tag is missing · Issue #43252 · ros/rosdistro · GitHub).
It would be great if you could add it, especially with regard to the upcoming sync (Preparing for Humble sync 2024-11-04)
