New release of the ros_buildfarm package (version 1.4.0)

I have just released version 1.4.0 of the ros_buildfarm package. I want to highlight a few items from the changelog:

  • all Docker containers which previously used Trusty are now using Xenial
  • add a new nightly job which will automatically retrigger failed jobs (not endlessly but a few times)
  • improve performance to generate maintenance jobs
  • fix a problem with the wrapper script apt.py which overlayed the system package apt
