Preparing for final Iron Irwini Patch Release and Sync 2024-11-18

Hello everyone,

As announced earlier, Iron will go EOL by the end of this month. The final patch release and sync is planned for 2024-11-19T07:59:00Z.

We will hold Iron backports and rosdistro PRs for the sync starting today 2024-11-15T02:00:00Z.

I’ll make an announcement here once the patch + sync is complete.

I’ve never seen the post where the sync is complete. Did I miss anything?
