Preparing for Rolling sync 2023-01-06

There are currently a number of regressions on Rolling but that’s been the case for quite some time and we must roll ever onward.

I have opened issues for packages that are currently regressing (unless the regression is caused by another package’s regression)

Unless there are other major blockers reported, we’ll plan to sync Rolling on Friday of this week. Releases which do not address any reported regressions will be held until the sync is complete.

Several of the above regressions have been resolved. In order to make sure the sync goes through today, I plan to sync even if resolutions for the other outstanding regressions are not yet ready. We’ll look at additional syncs next week if resolutions for those regressions land.
