As part of the work of ROS 2 rolling transition to Ubuntu 24.04 we are running a Rolling sync.
We’ll hold release to Rolling while working on it. Once the sync is complete the hold will be lifted.

When are the Dockerfiles under docker_images/ros/rolling/ubuntu at master · osrf/docker_images · GitHub going to be updated for noble and when will there be updated rolling noble images in https://hub.docker.com/r/osrf/ros/tags?

Awesome that rolling transitioned to Ubuntu 24.04.
Not urgent for us but would be nice for the base Docker images to be updated, my builds currently fail as rosdeps are not found for rolling on the Ubuntu Jammy images.
