This revision documents the completion of Milestone 16, which introduced support for ROS 1 noetic, ROS 2 galactic, webOS OSE v2.10.0, build 325, and OpenEmbedded honister to meta-ros. Note that support for ROS 2 eloquent will no longer be dropped in Milestone 17. Instead, we will continue to build it and ROS 2 dashing until the work to keep them building becomes non-trivial (because of on-going updates to the OpenEmbedded release series) – see item 5 of Policies: OpenEmbedded Release Series Support.
