Agenda

• Decided to use Rust 1.75 as our minimum version moving forward for logging features and build farm support
• Discussions about ways to test both the rust minimum version and the stable version in our github workflow. Due to some limitations in the github workflow implementation, we currently believe we need to have 2 workflow files that are nearly identical besides the rust-toolchain github action.
  • Both workflows (minimum and stable) will both block CI

• Grey walked through some changes to the logging PR, mainly added LogParams and a Logger struct.
