To keep to our somewhat standardized process, please make a request in the Site Feedback Category to create it.

There’s some background in this thread for the process.

You definitely seem to have enough users to warrant a specific sub category. In your request if you could propose a description and title for the sub category. Once that’s been reviewed I can create the sub category for you.
