Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to let you know that we have two ROS events planned for IROS 2023 in my hometown of Detroit (ok, I’m from Ann Arbor, but close enough)! If you would like to meetup for coffee, or show off your recent work to the ROS community, please drop me a DM. I would love to meet you in person and show you around town!

ROS Tech Huddle @ IROS 2023

On 2023-10-02T15:00:00Z we’ll be having a ROS Tech Huddle inside of IROS itself. The exact location should be in the IROS agenda. I’ll post more details as I get them from the IROS organizers.

On 2023-10-03T20:00:00Z→2023-10-03T23:00:00Z we’ll have a ROS Meetup at Anchor Bar Detroit, two blocks away from the IROS venue. Our friends at Tangram Vision, Clearpath, and Foxglove have graciously volunteered to cover the food and beverages! I’ll be bringing my world famous bag of ROS swag.

Alright, I got more info on the ROS Tech Huddle at IROS 202.

We’ll be meeting up in the presentation area adjacent to aisle 200 in the expo area, 2023-10-02T15:00:00Z→2023-10-02T15:30:00Z. I’ll give a quick talk and take questions from the audience.

I’ll also be hanging out at the adjacent table on Tuesday at approximately the same time. If you have ROS or want to grab some swag drop by.
