Snapshots for Noetic?

It seems like the snapshots for the latest two Noetic syncs (2024-06-07 and 2024-06-20) are still missing as of this writing (see Index of /noetic/).

What is the expected delay for snapshot versions to be available after sync of stable repository?

The original snapshot announcement topic mentions:

There was a problem with the snapshot command that I didn’t notice at the time. I missed window to create a snapshot for 2024-06-07 but 2024-06-20 and 2024-07-08 now both have snapshots available.
