Upcoming rosdistro freeze for iron in preparation for release

Hello everyone!

Beginning Friday 19th May (2359 PST), we will pause merging any PRs into rosdistro that target iron/distribution.yaml. Once Iron is released on 23rd May, we will resume merging.

So if you’re a package maintainer intending to have your package be part of Iron on release day, please ensure to bloom + open the rosdistro PR by the end of Friday.

Note: During this period, we will continue to merge PRs that target other distros.
