Update to scan_n_plan_workshop

Recently we concluded the work on the Focused Technical Project (FTP) Robotic Blending Milestone 5 with Consortium members SFSA, ISU, PushCorp, and Yaskawa.

A number of improvements were merged into the open source resource scan_n_plan_workshop (GitHub - ros-industrial-consortium/scan_n_plan_workshop) with a summary of those enhancements here: Open Source Improvements from Recently Completed Robotic Blending M5 — ROS-Industrial

Thanks to the whole team for the contributions on this project and looking forward to seeing how the system progresses in the foundry. A more detailed write up on the FTP itself is coming.
