Wiki: Wrong header data in "kinetic" version of "filters"

For some reason, the header in the kinetic version of the filters wiki page doesn’t seem to be right, i.e. it lists armadillo2 as maintainer and points to https://github.com/robotican/armadillo2.git for the sources.

This was caused by an indexed repository that had a fork/copied version of filters in it. I’ve ticketed it upstream:

And removed it from the index already.

However without any recent changes the doc job hasn’t rerun. I just forced a rebuild manually:

http://build.ros.org/view/Kdoc/job/Kdoc__filters__ubuntu_xenial_amd64/3/

It looks to be up to date now.
