New packages for ROS 2 Rolling Ridley 2025-03-09

Hello everyone!

It took a hot minute but we’re happy to announce 97 new package and 1118 updates are now available in ROS 2 Rolling Ridley :rolling_head: :rolling:

While 49 packages were removed, they will be restored in future syncs when maintainers release new versions of these packages with fixes applied. We did our best to minimize the number of regressions but we had to move forward with the sync as it was long overdue.

This monster sync was tagged as rolling/2025-06-09 .
