We’re seeking a talented and highly motivated Robotics Navigation Engineer to solve robot navigation and estimation challenges to make Keyper work in real-world environments.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
• Develop SLAM algorithms for state-of-the-art quadruped robots in dynamic and changing
environments.
• Develop visual-inertial estimation algorithms.
• Develop map representation data structures for efficient localization and planning.
• Develop motion planning algorithms for path planning.
• Work with other teams in software to solve complex cross-functional problems.
• Develop automatic intrinsic and extrinsic calibration algorithms.
Your Profile:
• MS or Ph.D. in robotics, computer science, or a related field or have equivalent industry experience with at least one of the following areas: Motion and path planning / Robotic mapping and data structures relevant to robot perception / Obstacle avoidance algorithms / Machine learning-based methods for robot navigation
• Minimum 2 years of experience with C++ development and ROS1
• Proficiency in related technical areas such as (but not limited to) Kalman filters, factor
graphs, and model fitting
