eProsima is glad to announce a new ROS 2 AI Integration Working Group

We will focus on enabling Machine Learning technologies for ROS 2, applying Artificial Intelligence to use cases in the new Vulcanexus framework.

Among the topics that we will discuss:

  • Let’s talk about Alma & Sustain Machine Learning By Raul Sanchez-Mateos
  • Serving models to ROS 2 robots, with Vulcanexus environment by Javier Paris

As a warm-up for what is to come in the remainder of 2022, we leave you here the last working group edition. The Artificial Intelligence Integration Working Group, AI IWG, focuses on enabling Machine Learning technologies for ROS 2, applying Artificial Intelligence to use cases.
Topics discussed on June’s edition:

We are back, and our batteries are fully charged!! 🔋⚡

January’s ROS 2 Artificial Intelligent Integration Working Group meeting is back on track. Please, stay tuned and book your agenda for Tuesday the 24th of January at 6 pm CEST.

In this edition, we’ll have unique collaborations, such as Avi Brown from Edge Impulse, who will talk about how TinyML brings deep learning models to microcontrollers, and Janin Koch from Inria, who will speak about Human Interface Interaction. Sounds interesting, doesn’t it?

Next week we will announce the agenda full of details. Stay tuned for it!!

Are you sure that the link to the agenda is the right one? It says “ROS 2 EMBEDDED WORKING GROUPS” at the top, and it lists a meeting for today at 17:00 CEST.
