[TB3] The Turtlebot3 Example #01 Parallel Translation with 4 Joints and 4 Wheels


Hi guys,

We started making the Turtlebot3 examples that we announced in the ROSCon2016 presentation.

This is the Turtlebot3 example #01 which can move based on parallel translation with 4 joints and 4 wheels
