A package with some simple ROS2 RUST nodes

The aim of this project is to familiarise people with the ROS2 RUST api - rclrs - and at the same time to provide more and more application examples for it. All binary targets contained in this project can currently only be compiled with a toolchain customised for ROS2 and are therefore firmly connected to the ROS2 ecosystem.
Hi, I’ve been working on this project for a while and today I added a README.md, so I thought it was time to publish it here. I would appreciate any suggestions, as I would like to improve my documentation.
