Hopefully by now you’ve heard that we’re planning an in-person ROSCon for 2022. The event is scheduled to happen in Kyoto, Japan on October 19th through the 21st in the days before IROS 2022. The Call for Proposals went out on Monday, and I am sure many of you are already sketching out your talks. Along with the CFP, we are now actively looking for event sponsors. If you have a ROS-based product to showcase, or are looking to recruit engineering talent, ROSCon is a great place to do so! ROSCon is absolutely packed with some of the best and brightest minds in robotics, and this is your chance to meet them.
ROSCon isn’t possible without the generous support of sponsors, and if you are interested in sponsorship, please check out our sponsorship prospectus. This year we are offering four levels of sponsorship to fit every budget, along with about a dozen add-ons, and our diversity scholarship program. If you are interested in sponsorship plan to act quickly as the add-ons sell out rather quickly.
Due to the complexities of running an international conference right now we’re trying to secure event sponsorship early this year, and we’ve set a deadline of April 1st to secure the majority of our sponsorships.
